Our culture is at the heart of our success and we are looking for talented individuals for the position of T&D Maintenance Engineer or Associate to bring their skills and experience to the table while enriching our already strong culture. TEP is seeking a Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Line Maintenance Engineer to support the reliability and safety of overhead and underground line assets. This role includes conducting field testing to support maintenance and asset management programs, analyzing operational and historical data to identify trends, and performing root cause and failure analyses. The engineer will develop and refine maintenance procedures, testing protocols, and reliability strategies that prioritize safe work practices and compliance with industry standards. Additional responsibilities include providing technical guidance to field crews, assisting with troubleshooting, and leading initiatives that improve equipment performance, reduce risk, and enhance overall system reliability and safety.
