What You'll Do:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of internal
and external audits to ensure operational integrity and regulatory readiness. - Collaborate with auditors and stakeholders to ensure
operational integrity, regulatory readiness, and clear communication of audit
outcomes. - Maintain and manage compliance documentation aligned with
SOC, HIPAA, PCI DSS, BSA/AML, and international data privacy laws. - Develop audit plans and define key areas for evaluation.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business
administration, legal studies, or similar - Four plus (4+) years of compliance, audit, or risk
management experience - Two (2) years of project management experience, preferably
in a technology (SAAS) environment - Experience writing policies and procedures, preferably
compliance related - Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including
Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
effectively - Willingness and ability to learn and develop new areas of
expertise - Process driven and with sound judgment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build
rapport and maintain professional relationships - Flexibility and the ability to manage changing priorities
Ideal to Have:
- Knowledge and skills in compliance and audit processes, with
a focus on information security, financial services, accessibility, and privacy - Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA,
PCI DSS, BSA/AML and international data privacy regulations

Annual Salary Range: $89,600 - $100,800
