Overview Blue Yonder is seeking a transformational Sr. Director, Sales Operations Business Partner to lead and unify our Global Sales Operations partnership across Software Sales, Professional Services Sales, and Renewal Partners. Reporting to the Corporate Vice President, Global Sales Operations, this U.S.-based leader will serve as the strategic and operational anchor for Sales GMs, driving standardization, operational rigor, and insight-driven decision-making across all revenue motions. This is a force-multiplier role - designing and optimizing the operating models that power predictable growth, strong margins, and world-class sales execution. You will elevate our business rhythms, sharpen our forecasting discipline, and partner deeply with the Sales Strategy & Transformation team to embed continuous improvement into every layer of the sales engine. The ideal candidate is a seasoned operator and a trusted strategic advisor, with a proven record of scaling operations in complex organizations and influencing senior leaders across geographies. What We're Looking For:
*LI-HB1 #LI-REMOTE ------------------------------------------- The annual salary range for this position is USD $170,000.00 - $220,000.00 The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
