Program Management Support (Lifecycle Acquisitions)

Based in Northern Virginia, Axiologic Solutions LLC, has an opportunity for you to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key federal clients. We are currently seeking a Program Management Support (Lifecycle Acquisitions) Description:

Provides acquisition support within the Program Management Office as part of support to the Program Manager. Through the pre-acquisition stages, assists in the development and coordination of project plans and approval documents. Assists in the creation of Acquisition Procurement Packages and Letters of Offer (LOO). Supports the International Solutions Office Engineering Review Board and Business Review Board processes. Supports trade studies and technical review activities of alternatives, identifies integration issues and proposals, and supports the solution recommendation process. Serves as acquisition subject matter expert for the project throughout the lifecycle.

Duties include:
* Provide input to the PM on ECPs, budget, and other taskers or actions necessary in support of the program.
* Attend interface segment requirement reviews, design reviews, and meeting dry-runs as necessary, and identify issues and ensure sufficient requirements and understanding or proper design considerations are included.
* Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to ensure integration of requirements.
* Participate in outreach and interface with contractors to ensure successful integration of requirements and functionality.
* Provide the PM and COR with project status updates, documenting any issues or changes as necessary under the approved Total Asset Management system.
* Conduct technical evaluations.
* Participate in IARs as assigned.
* Participate in technical support tasks under the Verification and Validation Groups (VVG) including test planning or execution.
* Assist the PM in all acquisition phases through technical review of alternatives, identification of key issues, and preparation of material for lifecycle decision points.
* Assist in coordinating TEAs for the workforce.
* Support contract transition, including IPTs to ensure the vendor fully understands the contract, requirements, and expected performance.
* Provide support in the development and review of AFPs and technical requirements.
* Prepare documentation and provide analysis and recommendations for programmatic decision making.

Skills and Experience:
Required:
* Experience with acquisition of government systems.

Desired:
* Understand the geospatial intelligence mission and its contribution to the IC.
* Knowledge of NGA processes and tools, to include System Engineering, Acquisition, Configuration Management, NGA's Requirements and Security.
* Familiarity with NGA requirements process for non-state entities and NGA Crisis Action Teams processes.
* Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint.
* Knowledge of agile software processes.
* Experience working with IC and DoD.
* Familiarity with NGA/NSG products.
