Security Professional - Financial Patrol Driver

As a Security Professional - Financial Patrol Driver in West Valley City, UT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming environment. Your visible presence and routine patrols play an important role in supporting a secure atmosphere while providing exceptional customer service and communication. This role requires driving responsibilities as part of your daily duties. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or prohibited items.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Work closely with client employees and visitors to address questions or concerns related to security-related matters at the location.
• Complete detailed reports on incidents and/or activities as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
