Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality conformance on all product runs.
• Read and understand blueprints and work instructions.
• Use of inspection tools to check parts. Throughout the day, check parts at the press.
• Handling of raw material to load and unload coils.
• Complete daily logs and report production in the MRP system.
• Keeping presses running.
• Maintain the department/ work area clean and organized.
• Follow ISO/IATF, safety, and environmental procedures as well as department and corporate policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Able to read blueprints and other work instructions.
• Use inspection tools.
• Experience with Mthe RP system.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Physically able to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift (up to 50 lbs).
• Reliable, on time, and ready to work every day.
• Willingness to learn new machines or processes.
• Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and respect for safety and coworkers
