Build a Future With Us at Anning-Johnson Co.!

We're looking for a proactive, detail-driven Project Administrator who loves keeping projects organized and supporting teams to do their best work. In this role, you'll be at the center of our project operations-managing billings and cash processes, supporting client collections, organizing project documents, and helping our Project Managers stay on top of schedules, budgets, and key milestones. You'll also assist with bid preparation, compliance tracking, and general office support to keep things running smoothly.

To thrive here, you should bring at least three years of project administration or coordination experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with a problem-solving mindset. Comfort with Microsoft Office is essential, and experience with systems like COINS or Plexis is a plus. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who shows initiative, handles sensitive information with professionalism, and enjoys being a trusted partner to the team.

At Anning-Johnson Co., you'll join a collaborative, people-focused environment where your work makes a real impact. If you're ready to grow your career and support meaningful projects, we'd love to hear from you.
