We are currently looking for a Maintenance/Facilities Engineer Intern who is passionate about equipment and facilities maintenance and excited to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
As a Maintenance/Plant Engineer Intern, you will support our maintenance and production teams with:


  • Assisting in the development, optimization, and documentation of maintenance processes
  • Evaluating and improving maintenance efficiency, equipment utilization, and workflow
  • Supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
  • Tracing building utilities and providing detailed CAD piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&ID)
  • Assisting in equipment troubleshooting, mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Quality, Production, and R&D
  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of work instructions and process documentation



Qualifications


  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Basic understanding of maintenance practices, programmable logic controller (PLC), and utility design.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CAD, SolidWorks proficiency is a plus
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a hands-on environment
