Key Responsibilities

  • Apply best practices and knowledge of internal/external business issues to enhance processes, products, or services.
    Maintain expertise in assigned functional area.
  • Manage small projects or sub-teams, including resource coordination across functions.
    Forecast and plan resource requirements for projects.
  • Financial Management:
  • Monitor and control costs within assigned work scope.
    Assist in cost management for small projects or areas.

Other Responsibilities:

* Organize and prioritize tasks effectively.

* Evaluate new equipment, processes, and maintenance technologies.

* Perform independent work on larger assignments requiring judgment and experience.

* Train and develop team members.

* Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a production-oriented environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Ability to operate computer workstations and related systems.
  • Ability to work under frequently changing priorities and deadlines.
