Our Company The Opportunity Adobe is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Program Manager to lead high-impact sales and customer retention initiatives across the Americas Solution Led Business The role focuses on driving growth, improving renewal rates, and reducing attrition through effective program management, data analysis, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional and defining and optimizing scalable processes. The ideal candidate has strong experience in program governance, process development, and contributor engagement, serving as a trusted partner for Sales, Customer Success, and other teams. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
