As a Security Officer - Financial Main Desk Driver in Malvern, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent financial institution location, you will play a crucial role in helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Your daily responsibilities will include controlling access, verifying badges, greeting guests, and responding promptly to inquiries, all while delivering exceptional customer service. This post requires driving as part of the role. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, clients, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution location.
• Monitor building access, verify credentials of individuals entering the premises, and help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain awareness of the environment and report any suspicious activities or persons to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client contacts.
• Assist with visitor management, including signing in guests and issuing identification badges as required by site policies.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, including alerting appropriate personnel and following evacuation or lockdown procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and records related to front desk activities and security-related incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
