As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a prestigious financial institution, you will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors and assisting with access control. You will use your strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to help to deter security-related incidents, manage visitor badges, and provide information as needed. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors at the front desk in a financial institution setting.
• Carry out access control procedures, verifying identification and credentials in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or security-related incidents within the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all security-related activities, incidents, and visitor logs as required by the site.
• Communicate professionally with all individuals, addressing inquiries and directing them as needed.
• Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, coordinating with Allied Universal management and emergency services as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
