You'll be involved in all phases of the lifecycle, from design to deployment and support. ResponsibilitiesWork with appropriate stakeholders to determine user requirements for a set of features.Contribute to the identification of dependencies, and the development of design documents for a product area with little oversight.Create and implement clean, simple, testable code with emphasis on quality, maintainability, and reuse.Collaborate effectively across teams to deliver quality solutions from design to implementation and roll out.Contribute to efforts to break down larger work items into smaller work items and provides estimation.Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) working on-call to monitor system/product feature/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions and gains approval to restore system/product/service for simple problems.Remain current in skills by investing time and effort into current developments that will improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products while also driving consistency in monitoring and operations at scale.Drives quality improvements through design reviews, code reviews, modeling a growth mindset, and providing clear, constructive feedback.Embody the Microsoft culture and values.
