As the Senior Finance Manager - Continuous Improvement Programs, you will lead initiatives within our Process and Innovation team to identify and prioritize business challenges where technology can deliver meaningful impact. You'll collaborate across disciplines and engage with diverse stakeholders to frame and structure problems, then deliver end-to-end solutions that optimize cash flow and enhance operational efficiency. In this role, you will drive cross-functional alignment across finance teams and business groups, fostering collaboration and shared success. Additionally, you will help cultivate a culture of innovation, customer obsession, diversity and inclusion, and growth mindset-empowering every team member to contribute and thrive while advancing transformation across the organization.We're excited to offer a hybrid role that give you the best of both worlds. ResponsibilitiesRole Responsibilities Drive Operational Excellence: Lead enterprise-wide Continuous Improvement programs using Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and automation strategies. Optimize Order-to-Cash Processes: Analyze workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions to enhance speed and accuracy. Champion Data-Driven Decisions: Define KPIs, track performance, and deliver executive-level reporting on ROI and process improvements. Lead Change Management: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption of new processes and technologies.
