 Skills And Experience We Are Looking For
 
 
 
 Investment banking or equivalent experienceMaster's Degree and 4+ years of investment banking experience; OR Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of investment banking or equivalent experienceSector expertise within Healthcare, Biotechnology, Diagnostics / Life Sciences, Healthcare Information Technology, Healthcare Services, Medical Devices, and Pharmaceuticals.Experience with buy-side and sell-side M&A, equity and debt financing transactions requiredStrong track record of executing M&A and financing transactions in an investment banking advisory role2+ years' experience in leading deal teams of analysts and associatesHistory of outstanding academic and professional achievementExcellent communication and presentation skillsSolid work ethic, motivation level, and strong attention to detailPersonal integrity, initiative and leadership qualitiesCapacity to interact and build relationships with a wide range of people and act as a point of contact
 
 Salary Range 
 The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $150000-$300000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
