As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing visible presence throughout assigned areas. Your daily responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, responding to incidents, and supporting access control procedures. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor the premises for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings according to site protocols.
• Support Allied Universal in maintaining a secure environment by adhering to all company and client policies while on patrol.
• Assist visitors, tenants, and/or employees at the location with directions and general inquiries as needed.
• Document and report security-related incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or hazards encountered during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possession of a current and valid Guard Card is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
