Purpose:  Analyze, action, coordinate with repair providers, and generate reports in the supply chain process of returning to serviceable condition or other appropriate action ATI's unserviceable aircraft components, using ATI's computer system, in accordance with ATI's policies and procedures.Job Functions: 
  
 Monitor all unserviceable materials throughout the company and analyze for use and repair viability.Using the approved maintenance vendor list and contracted maintenance provider list, write repair ordersKeep up to date on all current applicable component service bulletins, airworthiness directives and company engineering orders (repair specifications)Receive and scrutinize vendor quotes for repairs, ensuring that ATI's interest is properly represented; determine if quotes are viableProcess quotes by obtaining proper approvals, digitizing all documents (i.e. signed quotes, correspondence, etc.) inside the computer database and update the computer database with current informationMonitor vendors for timely and cost-efficient turn of componentsDetermine timing of return of components and working with Purchasing and Inventory Control, inform vendor of return location of componentsObtain full tracking information for parts shipping for repair and parts returning from repair, being sure to enter that information into the computer system for timely and accurate reportingWork with receiving personnel and vendors to clear up any discrepancies which may arise upon receipt of componentsMonitor and manage all warranties according to the needs of the companyPurchase replacement components for beyond economical repair items; this would include sub-components to accomplish the actual repair, or the main componentsWork with the AOG Materials team, when needed, to expedite repairs that may have an immediate need of the component for the active fleetProvide the Purchasing Supervisor and other management with current status reports of the state of component repairs for the company.Any other duties as assigned by management
 Position Requirements: 
  
 High School Diploma or equivalent.Ability to clearly communicate with customers and co-workers; stand, bend and reach in order to maintain files; sit for extended periods of time; and comply with ATI attendance requirements.Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.Valid Driver's License and ability to operate all materials handling equipment and company vehicles.Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks, simultaneouslyFlexibility to work all shifts including weekends, holidays, and shift changes if required
