This is a remote position that will start as a 2-month engagement (through end of the year). Budget is approved quarterly - but the role could extend up to 18 months.

Building the future of work involves reimagining how cross-cultural collaboration functions and leading the integration of AI into team workflows to enhance productivity and innovation. This initiative focuses on shaping how work will evolve, with a portion of the team dedicated to experimental projects that push boundaries and explore new possibilities. The team's mission is to reduce operational toil for cross-functional groups by developing intelligent process automation solutions powered by AI. This role will play a critical part in designing and building process automation tools, enabling teams to work more efficiently and focus on high-impact tasks.

What You'll Do



  • Fine-tune and improve a variety of sophisticated software implementation projects
  • Gather and analyze system requirements, document specifications, and develop software solutions to meet client needs and data
  • Analyze and review enhancement requests and specifications
  • Implement system software and customize client requirements
  • Prepare the detailed software specifications and test plans
  • Code new programs to client's specifications and create test data for testing
  • Modify existing programs to new standards and conduct unit testing of developed programs
  • Create migration packages for system testing, user testing, and implementation
  • Provide quality assurance reviews
  • Perform post-implementation validation of software and resolve any bugs found during testing


Must-Have Qualifications



  • 8-10 years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of experience with TypeScript development
  • 5+ years of experience in Python for automation, including building and optimizing automated intake and triage workflows
  • Hands-on experience with process automation and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Practical knowledge of Go (Golang) programming
  • Experience with Bash scripting for automation and system tasks
  • A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design
  • Experience with large systems software design and development experience
  • Experience performing in-depth troubleshooting and unit testing with both new and legacy production systems
  • Experience in programming and experience with problem diagnosis and resolution


Preferred Qualification



  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and GitHub actions
  • Experience writing and integrating process.
  • Internal tooling and consulting experience is ideal
