Spire is seeking a Product Owner, Customer Facing Applications, to primarily focus on building, prioritizing, and maintaining the agile development team's backlog consisting of user stories, defects, and enablers. In addition, the role is responsible for representing the customers perspective, in the customer facing area, and bridging any gaps needed for successful delivery of business value. Duties and Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Product Manager (PM) and stakeholders to understand business needs and upcoming work for teams Essential Characteristics
* Ability to understand specific business unit needs and communicate same to agileteam Supervisory Responsibilities
* No direct reporting responsibilities Required Education (certifications, licenses)
* Bachelor's degree in related field * SAFe certification(s) as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, and/or similar preferred Required knowledge, skill and abilities
* Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) * Minimum 3 years working in an agile environment a plus * Knowledge of specific set of applications used in Customer Facing Operations, including but not limited to: Customer Care & Billing, Click Workforce Management, My Account, and Customer Contact technology.
