Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Production Forklift Operator, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement and organization of products within our client's facility. This role supports raw material supply to production lines, movement of packaging materials, staging of finished goods, and maintenance of material flow within the facility.

Schedule: 6am - 3pm, Monday - Friday (weekends as needed)

Pay: $18/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment to move raw materials, packaging, and finished goods safely and efficiently.
  • Load, unload, and stage materials for production and shipping using WMS or handheld scanners for accurate tracking.
  • Follow FIFO and inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections, report maintenance issues, and follow all safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to ensure smooth material flow and minimize downtime.
  • Assist with additional warehouse or production-support tasks such as wrapping, labeling, or packaging as needed.




Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain) with prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
  • Minimum 2 years of material-handling or production experience preferred.
  • Basic computer and scanner skills; ability to read labels and identify materials.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to work outside or inside loading and unloading trucks.
  • Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime or weekends when required.
