Hours & Pay

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Hybrid Work Model: Work from home on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; in the office on Tuesday and Thursday.

What You'll Do

In this key customer-facing role, you'll handle returns, repair estimates, and customer inquiries while ensuring a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. Your attention to detail and communication skills will help customers feel valued and supported at every step.

Daily Responsibilities:



  • Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt and professional communication.
  • Process return requests (RMAs) and issue credits according to company guidelines.
  • Provide accurate repair estimates and follow up with customers to ensure timely processing.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and technical teams to resolve customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate data within customer tracking systems and ensure all documentation is complete.
  • Identify and report potential safety or process improvements.

What You'll Bring



  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience (manufacturing or similar environment preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer systems.
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 70 lbs and perform desk-based work for most of the day.
