What You'll Do

• Develop and implement individualized patient and family care plans based on professional standards and patient assessments.
• Document care plans and therapy progress accurately in the EMR system.
• Perform monthly tracheostomy assessments and maintain clear, compliant records.
• Administer respiratory therapy as ordered by physicians and aligned with training standards.
• Operate respiratory equipment according to established policies and ensure functionality.
• Identify and troubleshoot both patient and equipment issues effectively.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Perform tracheal, endotracheal, and nasopharyngeal suctioning as needed.
• Adhere to assigned work schedules and report any hazardous conditions promptly.
• Carry out additional duties as required to support patient care and team performance.

What You'll Bring

• Current Certified Respiratory Care Practitioner license in the State of Indiana, in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of skilled respiratory therapy experience.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and patient care skills.
• Ability to perform duties that may require standing and sitting throughout shifts.
• Commitment to providing safe, high-quality, and compassionate care.
