HR Intern - Organizational Change Management

Location: Hybrid residing within Yulee, FL location

Your role in our success:

This role supports organizational effectiveness and cultural development by collaborating with the Human Resources and Culture teams. The focus is on driving strategic change initiatives, promoting high levels of employee engagement, and ensuring key stakeholders are informed and aligned. Responsibilities include supporting leadership engagement strategies, advancing talent management programs, managing employee relations, and developing robust internal communications.

What you'll be working on:



  • Support a variety of initiatives related to change adoption, internal communications, employee engagement, and development of a healthy organizational culture.
  • Conduct research on OCM best practices, industry trends and different organizational cultures. Assist with conducting stakeholder analyses an evaluating change readiness to identify potential risks or areas of resistance.
  • Collaborate with the OCM team to develop creative methods for engaging stakeholders and communicating change.
  • Prepare and deliver HR presentations in business unit meetings to include employee meetings, leadership meetings and project meetings.
  • Draft human resources communications for organizational distribution and coordinate with various internal teams such as Strategic Communications, IT, and Community Affairs regarding content, review, and publication.
  • Assist in planning and executing events that promote team building and positive organizational culture.


Who you are:



  • Bachelor's Degree in progress
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other digital collaboration tools is expected.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are needed to assess impacts and track progress.
