Are you ready to take the next step in your nursing career? The Outpatient Surgery Center Operating Room is seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Supervisor to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated RN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about elevating patient care.

As the RN Clinical Supervisor, you will work independently while partnering closely with the department manager to lead a team of approximately 30 direct reports. You'll play a key role in driving operational excellence, supporting staff, and enhancing patient outcomes.

Our outpatient surgery center features 25 patient rooms and 6 operating room suites. It is a high-volume, fast paced environment that provides a wide range of surgical specialties including ophthalmology, otolaryngology, plastics, hand, urology, podiatry, GYN, dental, pain service, cardioversions, lumbar punctures, and bone marrow biopsies.

What you will do:

• Full-time, salaried position (Monday-Friday; unit hours range from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM; schedule flexibility required based on unit needs)
• No weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements
• Collaborate with leadership on gap analysis and project-based initiatives to promote cost-effective, high-quality care
• Oversee staffing and operations in the Operating Room, with a focus on process improvement and best practices
• Support HR functions, budget management, and workflow optimization
• Provide occasional direct patient care as needed

What you need:

• Associate Degree in Nursing (minimum)
• Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin
• BLS certification for healthcare providers
• Minimum of 3 years RN experience in Operating Room/Surgery
• Previous charge nurse or leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
