We're seeking a Enterprise Architect in Philadelphia in Public Sector to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. SUMMARY The Enterprise Architect will assess our client's EA maturity and develop a three-year action-oriented roadmap that includes needs, processes, and artifacts to enhance EA capabilities and support the client's IT services trajectory. YOU WILL: Acceptance Criteria a. Engagement Plan - A detailed plan explaining the activities and conversations planned engaging stakeholders through interviews, workshops, training sessions, etc. b. Current State Analysis - Evaluation of current state EA structure, processes, artifacts, documents, and software functionality leveraged, including an assessment of strengths and weaknesses and areas for improvement. c. Stakeholder Requirements Document - Detailed and prioritized list of needs, expectations, and functional/non-functional requirements gathered from participants. d. Workshop Summary Report - a structured summary document capturing agenda, key discussion points, decisions made, next steps, and supporting materials. e. Stakeholder Feedback Summary - A summary of collective and (if applicable) individual area feedback received from stakeholders during workshops and meetings, highlighting key insights on interaction within the EA program and areas for improvement. f. Mature Enterprise Architecture Definition - Definition of mature future EA state, specifically tailored to meet PTC's needs. g. Gap Analysis - Comprehensive analysis of gaps between current and matured, fully realized EA state, including areas for improvement. h. Feasibility Study - Evaluation of the feasibility and impact of ServiceNow EA module within the PTC EA structure. i. Risks Dependencies, and Assumptions Log for the EA program - A list of the risks dependencies and assumptions related to maturing the EA program at PTC. 3-Year Roadmap: A detailed plan customized to the client's operating environment, organizational structure, and strategic goals. It will outline the needs, processes, and artifacts to be implemented over three years, including timelines, phases, milestones, and prioritized actionable items and deliverables for each phase. The roadmap will provide guidance on resource considerations and role allocations utilizing existing resources and be presented both in document format and visually (e.g., Gantt chart timeline).
