Job Summary: The New Product Development Engineer will focus on innerspring and coil development and is responsible for the creation, validation, and transfer of innovative innerspring and coil technologies that align with brand innovation strategies. This role supports the development of new spring-based components and systems, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure performance, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness. The engineer will also support quality and cost improvements for existing spring constructions and facilitate the transition of validated technologies to the New Product Development team.
