Waymo is looking for a experienced Program Manager to guide impactful programs within our Talent Acquisition (TA) organization. As an important member of TA Operations, you will improve recruiting processes, enhance operational efficiency, and implement solutions to support Waymo's evolving talent needs.

This hybrid role reports to the Manager, People Operations and is based in either Mountain View or San Francisco, CA.

You will:



  • Independently provide accurate and timely responses to recruiters, incoming new hires, and all internal key stakeholders.
  • System Administration - Serve as the subject matter expert and administrator for the Applicant Tracking System (highly preferred experience in GreenHouse) and other TA related tools.... (e.g.... Gem, CRM)
  • Partner with all stakeholders to design, document and implement efficient recruitment processes and workflows to enhance candidate experience.
  • Leverage AI and automation through all opportunities to enable scale..
  • Partner with TA Ops Team and People Analytics team to review data, define metrics, provide actionable insights, and ensure data consistency and accuracy across TA systems and processes.
  • Provide frontline support and training for recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders on TA systems, processes, and TA Onboarding.
  • Escalate issues and identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of TA Operational processes
  • Manage various company programs such as referral program, relocation program, interview training
  • Support TA Ops projects, interfacing and collecting input from cross functional partners including leaders.
  • Enforce compliance of recruiting processes, local regulations, data privacy etc., leveraging data for escalations or training.


You Have:



  • A minimum of 3+ years working knowledge of recruitment processes, TA workflows, and TA Operations experiences.
  • Familiar with ATS and comfortable navigating digital/AI tools and platforms.
  • Have experience in Program/Project Management role within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of the end to end recruiting lifecycle.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • SQL
  • Advanced skills with GSheets, Excel, Tableau, Data studio, or other data visualization tools
  • Deep, hands on functional experience with Greenhouse (ATS) setup, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Experience implementing, managing, or heavily utilizing ServiceNow (or a similar enterprise ticketing/workflow platform) for TA/HR support and request fulfillment.

The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
