Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries and ensuring timely, accurate responses. Coordinate and process customer orders, including new and change orders, using internal systems. Anticipate customer needs through active listening and strong analytical skills. Interpret technical requirements from customer specifications into actionable processes. Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams. Manage backlog to ensure timely drawing submittals, returns, and product releases. Drive resolution of customer complaints through established processes. Participate in customer visits and training sessions (travel <10%).
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in customer support, project coordination, or technical sales. Understanding of electrical power equipment and system design principles. Familiarity with estimating, costing, and business processes. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in multiple computer systems and applications.
