Purpose: To handle product planning, forecasting, and order management delivery for MLS Front Office/Team Marketing Orders, and MLS Club (1st Team, Academy, Next Pro). This position requires a combination of strong communication, organizational, process, accountability, detailed execution, solution oriented thinking, and time management skills. Key Accountabilities (List the 5-10 major areas of responsibility for role):
- Forecast Bookings, Receiving Ordering Forms, Order Placement, Tracking & Delivery, MLS
- Manage Re-Orders for MLS Clubs and Front Office
- Manage and Fullfill One-Off MLS Club and Product Requests
- Daily Order Book Management and Updating of Order Status and Tracking Information for team
- Provide Indy Support for MLS All Star, MLS Cup, MLS League Office
- Constant Communication/Collaboration with MLS SPOMA Club Managers
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment while working under tight deadlines (provide service at the highest level).

Qualifications (Minimum required education and experience): Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college or university preferred; or two year related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday. The working location of this position is Indianapolis , Indiana.
