Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite for our client in Charlotte, NC. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Reading & understanding instructions, assembling products or their parts & components.
  • Moving the pieces, or the products, to the next stage of the manufacturing process
  • Keeping the workstations orderly and storing & maintaining the tools, parts, test equipment and documentation.
  • Building & developing the test instructions and reviewing them for improved production.
  • Assemble products, parts, and components according to detailed work instructions.
  • Move completed parts to the next stage of production safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including tools and documentation.
  • Assist in developing and reviewing test instructions to improve production processes.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $28.00/hr

Hours: 40 hrs / Week (3rd shift)

Length: Temporary (12 months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 6 months of Assembly experience.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience maintaining tools, equipment, or production documentation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Good attention to detail and manual dexterity for handling small components.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
  • Experience creating or improving assembly or testing procedures.
  • Ability to analyze production processes and suggest enhancements.
  • Organized & have excellent analytical skills and should know how to maintain various equipment.
  • Good dexterity and be capable of working with small, detailed objects.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
