The Opportunity

As the Senior Manager, Value Realization Program Office at Adobe, you will spearhead innovative value initiatives within Adobe Customer Solutions and Digital Experience businesses. This role is uniquely positioned to impact our strategic direction with your expertise in program management.

You will bring to bear your strategic vision and tactical expertise to maintain programmatic rigor, efficiency, scalability, and consistency. Your success will depend on your ability to collaborate with distributed team members, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.

What you'll Do
  • Partner with strategy, operations, and field leaders to ideate, build, and implement strategic value programs aligned with the organization's ambitious go-to-market strategy.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team to deliver outstanding quality and intended customer value.
  • Conduct cross-functional meetings to align the team, driving agendas and action items while ensuring relevant insights are broadly shared to guarantee delivery.
  • Serve as the primary source of information for the "when" and "how" of critical initiatives in the portfolio.
  • Prepare regular executive-facing readouts of program performance and risks.
  • Implement program management rigor and continuously improve our program management approach.
What is required for success:
  • Outstanding leader with articulate communication skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering customer-centric results.
  • Over 6 years leading operations teams or PMOs with global tech projects.
  • Outstanding cross-functional collaborator and inventive problem-solver who can lead and influence various partners.
  • Flawless attention to detail, excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills, and an ability to present to leaders and executives.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading diverse teams with varying experiences, skills, and backgrounds.
  • Solid emotional intelligence and interpersonal abilities to collaborate successfully with individuals across all organizational levels.
What you require for success
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with proven experience in program and people management.
  • Having a background in customer success or value realization is advantageous.
  • Experience using Project Management Tools (like Workfront, Jira, etc.) and virtual collaboration software (e.g., SharePoint, Wiki, Miro, etc.); Holding a Workfront certification is beneficial.
  • Possessing a project/program management certification (e.g., Project Management Institute's PMP) is advantageous.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $120,600 - 192,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

Adobe provides sales positions with total target compensation (TTC = base + commission) and short-term rewards through sales commission structures. Non-sales positions offer base salary and short-term incentives via the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $114,600 -- $228,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
