What You'll Do Service and maintain commercial and supermarket refrigeration systems (walk-ins, freezers, reach-ins, rack systems, and more) Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running smoothly Diagnose and repair equipment with minimal supervision Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE Deliver excellent service to customers - including on-call rotation Work with various refrigerants and stay compliant with EPA and industry standards Keep accurate service and maintenance records Help cover nearby service areas as needed What You'll Bring 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience Strong troubleshooting and repair skills Technical training through trade school, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience Valid driver's license and clean driving record EPA certification What We Offer Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development Leadership growth opportunities Competitive pay and full benefits package Immediate, subsidized medical insurance 401(k) with company match Company-paid life and disability insurance Fully stocked company vehicle, gas card, and spending card Paid vacation and holidays Join a company that invests in your success.
