Position Title: Mixer/Operator
Wage: $19.00 per hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 2:30pm-11:00pm (Mon-Fri) At this manufacturing facility in South St. Louis, MO, QPS Employment Group is seeking a skilled 2nd shift Mixer/Operator to join their team. As a leading producer of a diverse range of industrial and consumer goods for the regional and national market, they pride themselves on our commitment to quality, safety, and innovation. In this role, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring and adjusting mixing processes, and performing packaging tasks to ensure the efficient and high-quality manufacture of our products. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively will be essential to your success in this position. Mixer/Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment. - Monitor and adjust mixing processes to ensure product quality and consistency. - Perform packaging tasks such as labeling, sealing, and palletizing finished goods. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. - Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
