Job Title: Snr. EHS Manager, Environmental Location: Northville, Michigan Tenneco is one of the world's leading designers, manufacturers and marketers of automotive products for original equipment and aftermarket customers. Through our DRiV, Performance Solutions, Clean Air and Powertrain business groups, Tenneco is driving advancements in global mobility by delivering technology solutions for light vehicle, commercial truck, offhighway, industrial, motorsport and the aftermarket. The Regional Senior EH&S Manager leads the discipline of multi-media environmental compliance and related issues, advising/integrating Corporate environmental standards suitable for the businesses, working with sites on their sustainability metrics, and assisting in the oversight and management of contractors/consultants in the environmental space to minimize costs appropriately in both compliance and remediation actions across the Americas region comprising of Clean Air, Powertrain and Ignition manufacturing sites in the U.S./Canada, Mexico and Brazil. This role is accountable for driving the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of environmental, health, and safety programs. This role partners with plant leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, integrate and foster a culture of safety and compliance in all environmental matters, and advance environmental initiatives aligned with company goals. The position requires significant experience in environmental management, a proactive leadership style, and the ability to influence at all levels. The position may be based in Northville, Michigan and reports directly to the Executive Director, EHS of the company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field. Experience: 8+ years of progressive EH&S experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a multi-site or regional leadership role. Preferred Qualifications:
