Position Description:
As an Education Program Coordinator II in the Graduate School you will work under the direction of the Program Manager. Independently execute a variety of tasks crucial to the efficient operation of the department ensuring it runs smoothly by working collaboratively with others while maintaining a professional image.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate PhD, Master's, and Certificate degree completion processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of all required documents.
- Manage preliminary requirements such as committee formation, research proposals, qualifying and comprehensive exams.
- Oversee Application for Graduation submissions and verification of completion requirements.
- Support Degree Works updates and tracking of student progress.
- Assist with Marquette University (MU) degree completion coordination.
- Maintain Census reports and related academic data.
- Provide administrative oversight for advisor assignments and maintenance in MCWconnect.
- Coordinate registration process including course builds, scheduling, section classroom reservations, recording schedule and syllabi collection and review.
- Support updates and annual review of the Graduate Student Handbook and Academic Bulletin.
- Oversee binding of dissertations and theses in accordance with institutional guidelines.
- Provide program and student support across all academic levels as needed.
- Partner with faculty, students, and administrative offices to ensure consistent application of academic policies.
- Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:
Appropriate experience may be substituted on equivalent basis.
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree
Minimum Required Experience: 3 years
Preferred Education: Preferred degree in Higher Education, Business or Finance
