As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic retail and mall location. Your visible presence and proactive approach will contribute to a welcoming environment for guests and staff, while you respond calmly to situations and provide exceptional customer service. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling designated areas using a vehicle as required. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter of the retail or mall location to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure atmosphere.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or potential hazards encountered during patrols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters and site protocols.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as required by site policies.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
