As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in monitoring and patrolling a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible presence, conducting routine patrols, and welcoming visitors with exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the premises, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors in a technology-oriented environment.
• Provide customer service through the implementation of security-related procedures and adherence to site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document all activities, observations, and incidents as required by Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.
• Support emergency response efforts as needed, assisting with evacuations or other protocols when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
