ResponsibilitiesInfluence and align the platform/product vision by collaborating with partners, product management, and engineering teams.Work across the stack - from UI to backend - with a bias for impact and iteration.Drive engineering excellence through thoughtful technical design, automated testing, observability, and operational rigor.Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, patterns, and best practices in AI, distributed systems, and cloud-native development.Acts as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) and guides other engineers by developing and following the playbook, working on call to monitor system/product/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions, alerting stakeholders about status and initiates actions to restore system/product/service for simple and complex problems when appropriate.Embody our culture and values | |
