Senior Design Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager for our PM/CM group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design efforts, including cost, controls, scheduling, and quality metrics for construction projects.

• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and authorities to ensure compliance with requirements and industry standards.

• Develop, lead, and implement controls processes and procedures to monitor and track project performance, including cost, schedule, and quality metrics.

• Collaborate with project teams to establish project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in alignment with overall project objectives.

• Provide strategic input on design optimization and construction practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in controls, estimating, or project management within large-scale infrastructure projects,

• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6) and cost estimating tools.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and navigate complex project requirements.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
