Security Officer - Commercial Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Commercial Patrol Driver in Stockton, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming atmosphere. You will conduct routine patrols on foot and by bike, remaining visible and approachable to provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to clients and visitors. This is a driving position that requires a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the commercial real estate location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the building, grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Document and report security-related incidents, maintenance issues, and/or unusual circumstances as observed during patrols.
• Work in varying environments and conditions typical of a commercial real estate location, adapting to specific post requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must be able to ride a bike as part of job duties.
• State, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
