As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at an educational location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and offer a visible presence throughout the campus. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the educational facility and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions specific to the location.
• Monitor for and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns, helping to deter unauthorized access and/or undesirable behavior within the premises.
• Communicate professionally with students, staff, and visitors, offering guidance and assistance as needed.
• Document incidents, observations, and/or security-related events according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and/or emergency personnel when required.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
