What to Expect

A technical support advisorprovides help and troubleshooting for technical problems with products or services, acting as the "human connection" between users and technology.They resolve issues ranging from simple account or software problems to complex hardware malfunctions through various channels like phone, email, or chat, and often document solutions to help users in the future.The role requires strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to help a wide variety of users.

You will support The Wall Connectors operational processes, optimize their operations, and contribute to their business success. As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee operational workflows, identify and implement improvements, and ensure seamless coordination across departments. You will be crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient workflow management, enhancing productivity, and supporting the organization's overall performance with a focus on efficiency, productivity, and the delivery of better service to our customers.

This role requires a customer-focused mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for insights using problem-solving abilities to address challenges quickly and effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills along with the ability to build relationships will add to your success.


What You'll Do
  • Process Optimization:Develop SOPs, analyze workflows, and identify bottlenecks to drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with stakeholders (Engineering, Commercial Charging, Vehicle Support) to align data requirements, resolve operational gaps, and bridge team communication

  • Data-Driven Insights:Review operational metrics to detect trends, assess risks, and recommend mitigation strategies for efficiency and compliance

  • Training Leadership:Design and lead full training sessions until the training team is fully operational, ensuring consistency and no duplication of content

  • Knowledge Base Ownership:Create/update KB articles independently (including bolt forms) and collaborate with leads/SMEs to ensure accuracy and accessibility

  • Technical Communication:Translate complex technical details (e.g., Powershare, Wall Connector) into clear, structured documentation and training materials

  • Strategic Support:Provide leadership with actionable insights for tactical/strategic initiatives, including workforce management, automation, and cross-departmental alignment

    Expected Compensation
    • Associate Program Mgr - $61,200 - $91,800/annual salary
    • Program Mgr - $72,000 - $108,000/annual salary
    • Sr Program Mgr - $90,000 - $135,000/annual salary
    • Staff Program Mgr - $111,600 - $167,400/annual salary
    • Sr Staff Program Mgr - $133,200 - $199,800/annual salary
    + cash and stock awards + benefits for all levels

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
