Department OverviewThe Energy and Accessories Global Product Management Team manages the entirety of the Motorola Solutions radio accessory and energy portfolio across the world.Team members are responsible for identifying and delivering new products and solutions as well as to monitor and manage existing products and solutions. Individual product managers work with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, service, marketing and sales for the definition and on time delivery of the product and solutions. Post launch, product managers monitor their portfolio and identify and implement actions to boost the performance of the portfolio. Job Description As a Product Manager for Global Accessories and Energy Systems at Motorola Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our accessory and energy solutions portfolio. You will be responsible for defining the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for a range of products, from batteries and chargers to specialized accessories. #LI-JM2 Target Base Salary Range: $98,100 - $196,200 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
