This group partners with stakeholders across the enterprise to develop strategies, build plans, prioritize efforts, implement changes and measure outcomes.
 The Product Management Team falls under the Business Transformation group and focuses on defining the long-term product strategy for our digital seller team. The Product Manager - Subscriptions role will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our products, from conception to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering innovative solutions. A successful candidate will need to be comfortable synthesizing a clear, logical, data driven narrative out of confusing, ambiguous and at times conflicting information. What you'll do 
 Build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical teams such as Sales, Integrated Tech Services (ITS), Operations, Product & Purchase Management, Cloud Operations, and Finance teams to align objectives and priorities to deliver high-quality productsComfortable speaking, presenting, and demoing capabilities at all levels of an organization up to C-suiteDefine and track key performance indicators (KPI's) to measure the success of product initiatives against business objectivesComfortable with hypothesis-driven feature developmentDevelop and articulate a clear product roadmap that aligns with company objectives and market trendsTranslate roadmap into actionable strategies to drive product growth and innovationDefine and maintain journey maps to understand user journeys by personaOwn and prioritize product backlog, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and technologyConduct market research and user interviews to identify customer requirements and validate product hypothesesLead strategic vision for our Subscriptions domain for release planning activities, including feature prioritization and coordination with agile teams to plan and execute Program Increments (PI's)Create and maintain Program Increment artifacts such as feature backlogs, WSJF's, Sprint Plans, and Release NotesCollaborate with architects, designers, and product owners to develop innovative and scalable solutions that meet customer needs and technical requirements What we expect of you 
 Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Product Management, Professional Services or Technology experience OR 9+ years of Product Management, Professional Services or Technology experience without degreeProven track record of successfully managing products from concept to launch in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectivelyExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholdersExperience with Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, and KanbanExperience with subscriptions, annuities, and or contracts that can be renewed and require lifecycle management is required Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholdersCapable of taking granular level detail and communicating information at a high levelExcellent analytical skillsAbility to manage competing priorities demonstrating adaptability in meeting prioritized deadlinesProficient in Microsoft office applications with strong experience in PowerPointDemonstrated ability to effectively present data to stakeholders for full scenario understandingTrack record of identifying process improvements and making appropriate recommendationsStrong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholdersFamiliarity with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, Certinia PSA, Lucidchart are a plusExperience working with Zuora, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, or other subscription management platforms is a plus Pay range: $ 109,000 - $ 170,000 depending on experience and skill set Annual bonus target of 10% subject to terms and conditions of plan
