  • Partner with leadership, technical, and operational teams to define business needs and translate them into clear project plans, roles (RACI), and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain key project artifacts, including charters, timelines, testing frameworks, and risk logs.
  • Facilitate iterative testing and feedback loops to ensure alignment between process design and system functionality.
  • * Support configuration, data integrity, and reporting needs by helping teams build sustainable frameworks rather than one-off solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating processes, identifying efficiencies, and ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Technical & Stakeholder Liaison

  • Partner with developers and integration teams to validate and implement solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between functional and technical groups.

Requirements & Process Design

  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture needs, identify gaps, and define future-state processes.
  • Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process maps.
  • Drive consensus on design decisions and document sign-offs.

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Leverage Workday and cross-system data to define and measure progress on roadmap initiatives, identify trends, and present actionable insights.
  • Develop visual reports and dashboards in a variety of formats (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Workday, etc. Prism Analytics).
  • Use data storytelling to support leadership awareness and decision-making.

Testing, Governance & Quality Assurance

  • Develop and execute test plans and UAT scripts for new releases and integrations.
  • Establish governance practices for change requests, documentation, and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor post-deployment feedback and outcomes to ensure quality and compliance.

Technical Acumen & Change Management

  • Understand system architecture and integration dependencies.
  • Support technical discussions on design, testing, and data flow.
  • Communicate system updates and changes clearly to drive user adoption.
  • Coordinate employee-focused communications and training needs with accountable team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Demonstrated success implementing HRIS or enterprise system improvements, with Workday experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in visualization and documentation tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Exposure to project management and collaboration platforms strongly preferred. Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet) to coordinate tasks and track deliverables.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and collaborative, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
