Job Title: Executive Assistant
Clearance Required: None
Work Location: Tyson's Corner; Hybrid (Onsite 4 days a week, remote 1 day a week (Monday-Thursday)

Key Responsibilities:



  • Correspond with employees, partners, and customers on behalf of the CEO.
  • Calendar management and coordination of all domestic and international travel for the CEO.
  • Conserve the CEO's time by planning events, routing correspondence, drafting letters/documents, scheduling meetings, processing documents as requested/needed by the CEO, etc.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day office operations and administrative support.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, catering, and visitor management.
  • Support onboarding of new employees, including workspace setup.
  • Maintain organization of shared spaces and ensure compliance with office safety and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with facilities and IT teams to resolve office-related issues promptly.
  • Event planning as requested by CEO; calendar invites, reserving space, ordering catering, and prepping and cleaning space as required.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement events including but not limited to the Annual Summer Outing, Annual Golf Outing, and the Holiday Party.


      Required Qualifications:

      Education:



      • High School Diploma


      Experience/Skills:



      • 2-3 years of relevant experience as an EA to CEO or member of C-Suite
      • Integrity, discretion, and good judgment. This position handles a signicant amount of condential and sensitive information and continually makes judgment calls regarding priorities and information requests.
      • Excellent communication skills (verbal, oral, and written) with keen attention to detail. This position represents the Senior Management Team both internally and externally.
      • Exceptional interpersonal skills. This position requires daily interaction with Sr. Executives across the company, our clients, and our partners.
      • Excellent proofreading with keen observation and detail-oriented skills.
      • Innovative and forward-thinking mindset.
      • Capable of handling potentially difficult situations independently.
      • Must present a professional demeanor at all times.
      • Highly organized with the scheduling of important meetings and events.
      • Ability to work independently without a lot of oversight.
      • Strong Time Management skills.
      • Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
      • Prociency using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)


      Salary and Benefit Information:

      The likely salary range for this position is $58,000 - $80,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range.
