Job SummaryThe Executive Assistant supports a C-level executive, ensuring efficient operations through proactive calendar management, communication support, and project coordination. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. This role requires someone who brings experience is supporting a C-Level executive in a large, global corporate environment.
 What you'll do: 
 Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executive, as neededManage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate cross-functional schedulingCoordinate global travel arrangements and process expense reportsPrepare executive level presentations, correspondence, and internal communicationsSupport leadership team meetings: securing meeting location, accommodations, catering, as well as drafting documents, reports, and presentationsEffectively interact with all stakeholders, both internal and externalCoordinate and process all invoices and purchase ordersHandle confidential information related to company strategy, personnel, and performanceCommunicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders both inside and outside the companyBring a process improvement mindset and ensure that enhancements are made to the executives' operating system to ensure a seamless and well run schedulePrepare the executive for travel and other important events with prep materials, documents, etc... in an easy-to-use format / approachCheck all aspects of travel and calendar to ensure that each day runs smoothly and according to planUnderstand executives preferences and ensure that they are reflected in travel and calendar plansAssist with special projects as assigned What we expect of you: 
 Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of executive assistant experience including supporting C-suite executives, or 9+ years of executive assistant experience without a degree, including C-suite support.Strong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint, and virtual communication tools (Teams, Webex, Zoom)High emotional intelligence, executive presence, and the ability to influence without authorityProven track record managing sensitive and confidential informationStrong project management, organizational and time management skillsDemonstrate ability to manage remote/hybrid work environmentsAbility to build relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partnersWork independently with minimal direction, demonstrating sound judgment and initiativeProactively anticipate executive needs and resolve issues before they arisePivot quickly and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentManage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are metMaintain composure and professionalism under pressure and in ambiguous situationsLeverage AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, automated transcription tools) to streamline administrative tasks such as meeting prep, email drafting, and follow-ups Pay range: $ 84,000 - $ 120,000 depending on experience and skill set Annual bonus target of 5% subject to terms and conditions of plan
