Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

What You'll Do: ?? Operate and monitor machinery, ensuring the correct components are used and quality is maintained
?? Follow procedures, use samples, charts, and other resources to guarantee the product meets specifications
?? Monitor inventory levels of components and ensure materials are available for workflow
?? Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe according to company standards
?? Perform in-process inspections and document work to ensure quality production
??? Handle multiple operations within a group of machines, contributing to team success What You'll Need: ?? High School/GED or equivalent experience
?? At least 1+ years of machine operation experience
?? Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and deadline management skills
?? Ability to work in a collaborative group environment
?? Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
?? Proficiency with measuring devices like rulers, scales, gauges, and fixtures
?? Steel-toed boots required
?? Power truck experience is a plus Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, and talk or hear regularly
- Occasionally required to lift or move up to 35 lbs.
- Vision requirements: close vision and ability to adjust focus
