 High School diploma or equivalentMinimum 3 years of bartending or bar leadership experience in an upscale or high-volume environment.Extensive knowledge of bourbon, whiskey regions, aging processes, and cocktail pairings.Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for mentorship and hospitality.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol) preferred.Mixology, bourbon stewardship, or spirits education certification (e.g., WSET Spirits, Stave & Thief) a plus.Thorough knowledge of Alcoholic Beverages, Cocktail recipes, preparation methods, glassware, equipment and serviceCertification of training in Responsible Vendor requirements or ability to obtain sameExceptional guest service skillsBasic computer and cash handling skillsAbility to stand stoop, bend and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively during entire shiftAbility to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays |
