Role Review: The Manager, Marketing Operations will ensure that development, timelines, and deadlines for departmental initiatives are consistently met. They will proactively communicate with all stakeholders in the marketing process, providing detailed reports on projects and workloads. Additionally, they will assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and serve as the primary operational contact for project vendors. This individual will help execute and elevate brand initiatives and marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with credit union business goals and marketing objectives. Responsibilities:
Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field required. A business degree with comparable marketing experience will be considered. Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a Marketing department with a focus on production, trafficking, and project management, including at least 3 years managing project workflows on a platform such as Asana (preferred) with responsibility for workflows, templates, automations, and dashboards. A minimum of 2 years in a bank, credit union, or other financial institution is preferred.
